Hello Tripawd family…Myia here. Well, as you know I had to go back to the “Doggie & Spa Retreat”. My step pepped up as soon as I got out of the car. I led my brother to the back room with Erin, my anesthesiologist/nurse. So my temp was up to 106 and they started me on an IV. I stayed the night and Mama and my brother came to see me the next day. When she arrived, I was in the office me and Dr. Moseley share. My infection was actually in 3 places. I licked them until they popped. Once they did, I was a happy camper. I was Messy Myia again. They say it was because I wasn’t getting enough of antibiotics, but too many would give me the stinky diarrhea again, so we have to keep our eye on that. I was happy to see Mama and then she got boring again, so I sat and watched the desk. My brother came in and I pepped up, I knew it was play time.
I went around and said my good byes and Dr. Moseley said she wanted to see me back on Monday to check my infection spots and the staples (YES!!!!!) I will be going back to the Doggie Spa & Retreat Monday everyone, (before that if I have anything to do with it). Mama told them before we left that I would try something in order to come back…sure enough I did. Apparently my brother and I both thought I was strong enough to jump out of the “Myia-mobile”. As I was getting out of the car, I fell. Mama jumped (remember I said she freaks out a lot), and I got up limping and Mama has been upset the entire time. I know she is only looking out for my well being, but a girl wants her hair to blow in the wind and I can’t do that because Mama treats me like a baby, yet I continue to camp out in her room when I’m not in the master bedroom (the crate).
Well, because of my dare devil stunt, I have begun to limp some (or so Mama thinks). I still sleep every chance I get (which is a lot being as that Mama is a grad student and works from home and my brother is a high school senior/EMT-B/Vol. Firefighter. Yeah I know pretty cool to have your own “personal” doctor in the same house as you. He’s pretty good with us animals, you guys would love him.
I have new antibiotics and some solution for my infections. Got a new fresh bag of treats, right now I am in “Doggie Heaven”. I will try to post more pics and video of me over the weekend if I’m not too busy helping Mama with her homework. She’s been a little stressed over my accident and I don’t think she’s gotten back on the right page yet,(get it homework, right page) :-).
Until then, check out my vids, I get bored so I have to amuse myself sometimes…
